Canada – Example 1
This is one of three “Canada’s” in the collection (one being a variant with an 8 day spring driven movement). All three have the Mission face with brass numbers. This one has an 8 day movement with brass weights. It strikes the hour and the half on a gong. The clock is 75 1/2 inches high and 17 1/4 inches wide and is 13 1/4 inches deep. The slats in the front of the clock have an opening to give a clear view of the pendulum swinging. The clock appeared in all of the published Pequegnat catalogues, excluding the Catalogue #1 supplement.
These clocks are hard to find.
