Soo (2 Versions)

The two clocks below are both the "Soo" model. Both Clocks are identical in measurements, that is  10 inches high, 10 1/2 inches wide and 5 1/2  inches deep. The model was featured in Pequegnat's 1913 catalogue as well as his 1918 catalogue. Both movements are signed Berlin as well as being eight day with a gong for the hours and a bell for the half. Both clocks also have Berlin signed signed dials.

The first  "Soo" clock has a beautiful label, however the one one on the Straight Base clock is only partially there and naturally missing the model identification, however there is no doubt in my mind that it is also the "Soo" model. The "Soo" is also found with a Straight Sided Case with a Straight Base, and the clock below clock has the straight base as well as the flared out side of the original model. So typical of Pequegnat clocks, one model with slightly different trim!! (Just to keep us guessing I suppose.)

This clock, in all variations, is considered rare and harder to find.
